Upload a job description and we draft a polished, anonymous advert. No subscriptions, no listing fees — ever.

Browse and request introductions
Search the pool and ask to be introduced to a techie for a live role. They accept or decline anonymously, with no details shared yet.

Sign the placement agreement
Once the techie accepts, sign a simple online agreement. Your founding rate — 5% instead of 10% — is written into it.

Hire at half price
Make the hire and it's a flat 5% of first-year salary. Don't hire, and you pay nothing at all.
