A well-established e-commerce firm is looking for a junior security engineer to join its security team. You'll work in a small, cross-functional squad with real ownership of what you ship.
What you'll be doing
Day to day you'll be working with Python, AWS security, IAM and collaborating closely with product and design. Expect a healthy mix of new feature work, improving what already exists, and helping shape how the team builds software.
What we're looking for
Solid experience with Python and AWS security, a pragmatic approach to trade-offs, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike. This is a supported role with structured mentoring — attitude beats years of experience.
Package
£31,000–£42,000 depending on experience, plus enhanced pension and private healthcare. Remote-first with quarterly meetups.
