About the role
A bootstrapped proptech firm is looking for a junior solutions architect to join its architecture team. You'll work in a small, cross-functional squad with real ownership of what you ship.
What you'll be doing
Day to day you'll be working with System design, Microservices, Security and collaborating closely with product and design. Expect a healthy mix of new feature work, improving what already exists, and helping shape how the team builds software.
What we're looking for
Solid experience with System design and Microservices, a pragmatic approach to trade-offs, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike. This is a supported role with structured mentoring — attitude beats years of experience.
Package
£35,000–£48,000 depending on experience, plus quarterly team socials and flexible hours. Hybrid — 3 days in office.
