A award-winning healthtech firm is looking for a junior product manager to join its product team. You'll work in a small, cross-functional squad with real ownership of what you ship.
What you'll be doing
Day to day you'll be working with Analytics, A/B testing, Discovery and collaborating closely with product and design. Expect a healthy mix of new feature work, improving what already exists, and helping shape how the team builds software.
What we're looking for
Solid experience with Analytics and A/B testing, a pragmatic approach to trade-offs, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike. This is a supported role with structured mentoring — attitude beats years of experience.
Package
£34,000–£48,000 depending on experience, plus annual learning budget and sabbatical after 5 years. Remote-first with quarterly meetups.
