About the role
A bootstrapped manufacturing consultancy is looking for a junior product manager to join its product team. You'll work in a small, cross-functional squad with real ownership of what you ship.
What you'll be doing
Day to day you'll be working with Stakeholder management, Discovery, Roadmapping and collaborating closely with product and design. Expect a healthy mix of new feature work, improving what already exists, and helping shape how the team builds software.
What we're looking for
Solid experience with Stakeholder management and Discovery, a pragmatic approach to trade-offs, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike. This is a supported role with structured mentoring — attitude beats years of experience.
Package
£33,000–£46,000 depending on experience, plus share options and private healthcare. Remote-first with quarterly meetups.
