About the role
A scale-up logistics company is looking for a mid-level security engineer to join its security team. You'll work in a small, cross-functional squad with real ownership of what you ship.
What you'll be doing
Day to day you'll be working with IAM, Pen testing, SIEM and collaborating closely with product and design. Expect a healthy mix of new feature work, improving what already exists, and helping shape how the team builds software.
What we're looking for
Solid experience with IAM and Pen testing, a pragmatic approach to trade-offs, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike. You'll be expected to mentor others and raise the bar around you.
Package
£53,000–£67,000 depending on experience, plus sabbatical after 5 years and home office budget. Remote-first with quarterly meetups.
