About the role
A scale-up logistics company is looking for a junior mobile engineer to join its engineering team. You'll work in a small, cross-functional squad with real ownership of what you ship.
What you'll be doing
Day to day you'll be working with App Store delivery, Kotlin, Firebase and collaborating closely with product and design. Expect a healthy mix of new feature work, improving what already exists, and helping shape how the team builds software.
What we're looking for
Solid experience with App Store delivery and Kotlin, a pragmatic approach to trade-offs, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike. This is a supported role with structured mentoring — attitude beats years of experience.
Package
£36,000–£50,000 depending on experience, plus sabbatical after 5 years and home office budget. Remote-first with quarterly meetups.
