About the role
A scale-up telecoms scale-up is looking for a lead solutions architect to join its architecture team. You'll work in a small, cross-functional squad with real ownership of what you ship.
What you'll be doing
Day to day you'll be working with Security, System design, Microservices and collaborating closely with product and design. Expect a healthy mix of new feature work, improving what already exists, and helping shape how the team builds software.
What we're looking for
Solid experience with Security and System design, a pragmatic approach to trade-offs, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike. You'll be expected to mentor others and raise the bar around you.
Package
£84,000–£99,000 depending on experience, plus enhanced pension and home office budget. Office-first with flexibility.
