About the role
A family-run healthtech studio is looking for a junior product manager to join its product team. You'll work in a small, cross-functional squad with real ownership of what you ship.
What you'll be doing
Day to day you'll be working with A/B testing, Analytics, Roadmapping and collaborating closely with product and design. Expect a healthy mix of new feature work, improving what already exists, and helping shape how the team builds software.
What we're looking for
Solid experience with A/B testing and Analytics, a pragmatic approach to trade-offs, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike. This is a supported role with structured mentoring — attitude beats years of experience.
Package
£29,000–£40,000 depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays and quarterly team socials. Remote-first with quarterly meetups.
