About the role
A scale-up greentech scale-up is looking for a senior project manager to join its delivery team. You'll work in a small, cross-functional squad with real ownership of what you ship.
What you'll be doing
Day to day you'll be working with Scrum, Jira, Risk management and collaborating closely with product and design. Expect a healthy mix of new feature work, improving what already exists, and helping shape how the team builds software.
What we're looking for
Solid experience with Scrum and Jira, a pragmatic approach to trade-offs, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike. You'll be expected to mentor others and raise the bar around you.
Package
£68,000–£80,000 depending on experience, plus sabbatical after 5 years and 4x salary life assurance. Fully remote (UK).
